Bought both EA's game on the PS3 ( which I thought is honestly quite good - it's like God of War in some sense ) and a Blu ray copy of the animation ( somewhat ok which featured a couple of different art designs per sequence ).
Am definitely going to wait in anticipation for this short CGI sequel. Hope it would be crammed with heaps of special features like the making of, interviews and tons of artworks on the Blu Ray.
I'm sure in one way or form Samsung ( for the OLED's ) and Carbon Design Group ( most for the exterior design bodywork ) would want to have their brands clearly written and be seen on the Oculus Rift since they are major contributors'.
Would be really great to see all other types of mountainbike races be done in virtual reality like downhill, cross-country, bike-trials ( this could be a little tricky since you need to stand-up and mostly hop within your bike.. ), etc that could be hooked-up to your bicycle training stand.
B-Spec is a waste of space honestly just dump it Sony.
Improved audio sounds good to me, this is the one area GranTurismo has been really sorely lacking.
Do focus your effort in mixing the best authentic engine sound for every vehicle, tire-to-ground plus braking and also when vehicles crash onto other vehicles/solid environment.
Would really like to see Sony Polyphony focus on better awe inspiring engine audio/surround, tire-to-ground and tire squeal/braking sound.
Think they have already nailed a very good driving physics, and for sure will even evolve better with every new GranTurismo.
Simply believe you don't "own" a game if you buy it digitally.
See more cons when you go digital.
Cloud?, could be there one time and gone the next.. just like real clouds.
Saw video footage of Alien: Isolation using Oculus Rift and certainly it's one of those games that should be experienced with VR-tech.
Played it a lot of times on my PS3 but am definitely impressed with the higher resolution of remastered version, for sure will buy this as well when I get my PS4.
Common sense prevailed.
Very impressive CV.
Topnotch videos!
Unless NaughtyDog makes it an option to change from 3rd to 1st person just to make use of VR-tech..
Do hope it's still possible to have 3D-enable ( in 3rd person view ) as with Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception.
Really isn't important. What's important is *NOT to impose the subject matter upon gamers'.
What I'm saying is if the script needs for this sort of issues then so be it as long as it's one part that flows within the entire story as a whole.
If you want good paying customers to come back again and again, it's just simple good business practice to give a refund if prices have dropped from what was originally specified - whether there be a clause or not.
Believe this is just wrong and being greedily manipulated by the law makers at Sony Inc.
Micro + micro + micro etc. = **Macro-transaction.. think about that for a moment.
If DLC is being offered more and more and at such a short distance of time-span then it only means your being duped..
..like in Forza 5.
Plus massive application for future space missions and very deep underwater submersible research/rescues.
It's also being trialed in medical theaters.
And just think the tech was designed firstly for gaming.
2015 is when the real " truly next-gen game " war actually begins between PS4 and XBox ONE.
Could even see slight hardware upgrades for both consoles.
Another of NaughtyDog's asset is how well they can truly maximize the potential of the PS4 console.
People simply stand-up in awe as to how brave/forward thinking they are in moving games every time.
Wow!, that is scary real.. and I mean that in a good way.
Short video demo just makes my hair stand with all that detail. Phenomenal!!
I bet this also has a 3D-enable function to really feel the depth and atmosphere of the game.
That's quite impressive job for a week's work.
Think they got the atmospherics right. This is were VR-tech will be most highly sought after.
Sometimes your up sometimes your down, that's how the world goes even in the gaming business.
Sony was far more focused by simply being truthful about games being their number one priority.
